Refund , Exchange and Warranty Policy
Our quality products come from a range of Australia's best wholesalers. Customers seeking refunds or exchanges must deal direct with our wholesalers (excluding Linen Packs - see policy below). Wholesaler's email addresses are on each product description page. UniLodge takes no responsibilty, nor plays any part in refunds or exchanges on any goods purchased from Your Shop @ UniLodge.
Refund policies vary for each category, as follows.
Computers
Limitation of Liability
Subject to Clause 15 our total liability to you (if any) in connection with this site, or with these Terms of Use or any goods or services supplied under them, will be limited, at our election, to: In the case of information or services supplied or offered by us - the re-supply of the information or services or payment of the cost of doing this. In the case of refurbished systems, monitors or notebooks the product comes with a 90 day back to base defect warranty covering parts and labour. There is no warranty on the battery of a refurbished notebook. In the case of refurbished components the product comes with a 30 day back to base defect warranty. All new products, systems, notebooks, etc are supplied under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
Rights We Cannot Exclude
The above disclaimer and liability limitation do not exclude any rights, which by including but not limited to your rights under the Trade Practices Act.
Termination
Your ability to purchase goods from this site may be terminated by CRESTRANK at any time without notice. All restrictions, licenses granted by you and limitations of CRESTRANK liability will survive termination.
Additional Clauses
“You, your” means the customer who buys the stock set out on the face of this invoice. You represent that you are a tenant of a building branded Unilodge.
Your use of our products is totally beyond our control or supervision. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for losses or consequential damage to any goods or equipment outside of our general trading terms. A general 30 days Back-to-Base defects warranty applies to any products from date of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the invoice.
Please Note: No warranty applies to some parts as faults not correctly diagnosed or other faults associated with circuitry can damage newly fitted parts, e.g. Memory and Mass Storage, Notebook Batteries, etc.
Software sold is absolutely NON refundable or returnable. Defective software will be replaced with identical software within our general 30 days warranty period. CRESTRANK takes no responsibility for customers data or programs, even though all due care is taken to ensure its safety. It is the customer's responsibility to backup any valuable data/programs before any repair or warranty work is undertaken.
All notebooks sold by CRESTRANK are considered second user, unless otherwise advised in writing. All notebooks come with a 3 months Back-to-Base System warranty unless otherwise stated on the invoice, (except for Notebook Battery, which no warranty term is provided for).
All new products including computers and notebooks are sold to you under the terms of the manufacturers warranty.
Should you wish to return goods / products to CRESTRANK under warranty please contact CRESTRANK Returns Department for a Return Authorization number on telephone: 1300 727 787.
All Goods are to be sent back to CRESTRANK at your cost unless otherwise agreed by CRESTRANK Returns Department.
You will pre-pay freight charges for goods to be returned to CRESTRANK and if goods are genuinely faulty then the return freight will be paid by CRESTRANK. In the event that goods are not returned under the above terms and conditions, then they will be dispatched freight collect immediately back to the customer. All goods to be returned must be accompanied with a copy of the original purchase invoice. Goods will only be accepted by CRESTRANK Returns Department if a Return Authorization Number has been issued and is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with the goods and a complete written description of the problem. Faulty goods will be replaced only and not credited. CRESTRANK does not accept any form of C.O.D. terms for RA goods delivered to or for CRESTRANK to collect from local Post Office.
CRESTRANK takes no responsibility for any goods damaged during shipment from customer.
All goods (excluding computer systems or notebooks which cannot be returned unless under warranty) returned for credits; Must be returned within 14 days of purchase; Must be in original packaging and in a saleable condition in the discretion of CRESTRANK; If accepted by CRESTRANK will attract a 20% restocking fee.
CRESTRANK retains title of goods until payment of all purchases has been received and funds have been cleared. In the event of a customer's insolvency, bankruptcy or winding up, CRESTRANK is entitled to general lien on all money, property or goods belonging to the customer that are in CRESTRANK's possession to the value of the unpaid price of any products sold to the customer by CRESTRANK.
Save for warranty claims made in accordance with the Terms above CRESTRANK does not provide credits, refunds or accepts returns of computer systems and notebooks in any circumstances.

Kitchen Packs
All products are inspected and dispatched in good working order. A quality, reliable shipping agent has been sought. However, there are no refunds or exchanges on products damaged during shipping. Any products that have manufacturing faults will be replaced at the suppliers cost as will costs associated with shipping and handling. All products to be returned must be accompanied with a copy of the original purchase invoice. There are no refunds or exchanges on non faulty products.
Linen Packs
Three months warranty from the date of purchase. All products are inspected and dispatched in good working order. A quality, reliable shipping agent has been sought. However, there are no refunds or exchanges on products damaged during shipping. Any products that have manufacturing faults will be replaced at the suppliers cost . Customers must liase with UniLodge Customer Service Manager to validate manufacturing fault who will then liase with the supplier to organise replacement goods at the supplier's cost. All products to be returned must be accompanied with a copy of the original purchase invoice. There are no refunds or exchanges on non faulty products.
